Limestone Contactors

Limestone contactors are used to neutralise the pH and to add calcium and bicarbonates of corrosive waters such as Reverse Osmosis permeate. Drintec design equipment of different sizes to suit varied client installations, from small units for hotels and factories, to large plants for towns and cities.

Limestone contactors in vertical tanks (FRP, PP, SS316)

Designed to treat flowrates from 70 to 2,280 m³/day per tank, the DrinTec™ Limestone contactors can be shipped in standard ocean containers, have a constant performance and water quality, 30 days autonomy and no need for frequent backwash.
